Yes, indeed! You can change it anytime in the Financials section, i the light blue bar just above the table with the financial projections.

When changing the currency, you'll be asked if you prefer to keep the current numbers, or convert them. 

In the latter case, the default exchange rate is updated daily, from the European Central Bank - and can be adjusted if needed.
